Facebook has been around for over 15 years. It has nearly three billion monthly active users and is one of the most popular social media platforms on the internet. Chances are, if you are reading this, you have a Facebook account. Facebook allows users to deactivate or permanently delete their account. Once you decide to delete your account, it will become difficult to recover the information if you change your mind 30 days after deleting the account.
Facebook owned by Meta allows you to delete an account through the mobile apps on Android and iOS or through a web browser. You should note that Facebook only allows you to undo an account deletion and all of its posts and information within 30 days. For the account and all of its information to be completely deleted, Facebook needs a maximum of 90 days.
