Speaking about the update, Sayyida Nadira Al Said, Senior Manager of Digital Banking at Alizz Islamic Bank, pointed out that the latest version of the mobile banking app incorporates state-of-the-art mobile banking technologies including a new user interface and experience. visually appealing and practical user. with an enhanced customer experience. The colors and the interface have been selected based on the best international standards demonstrating the bank’s leadership in innovative digital banking services.
Aal Said added that among the important features added to the app are the useful shortcuts on the dashboard that allow users to monitor and execute recurring banking transactions without having to go through many steps or clicks. These shortcuts allow users to save time while taking advantage of a host of smart solutions in the bilingual app.
Another value-added feature is the ability to easily and conveniently share transfer slips with recipients following money transfer transactions by tapping the transfer icon. The app contains another exciting tool that allows the user to search and locate branches and ATMs of Alizz Islamic Bank by tapping on the “Find Us” icon. Additionally, throughout the app, customers have the ability to request checkbooks, credit cards, and debit cards, with a seamless push notification feature to keep the customer up to date with their requests.
